DISPATCH vs. DELIVERY

On the product page you’ll see a dispatch estimate – this is the amount of time we need to produce your product. We make everything to order, so it’s around the 2-4 week mark.

You’ll then be notified when your furniture has been dispatched and is with our delivery partner. Once dispatched, delivery normally takes 2 working days.

DELIVERIES

You’re charged delivery for each product. If you’re ordering more than one item to the same address we reduce prices accordingly. The total will be shown at checkout.

For Zones 1 and 2 deliveries, the total cost is capped at £100.

We deliver to:
Zone 1:Mainland and central UK
Zone 2: Highlands and Islands of Scotland
Zone 3: Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, and Isles of Scilly

STAYING UP TO DATE WITH YOUR DELIVERY

When you place your order you’re sent a confirmation e-mail telling you what happens next.

Once we’ve made your furniture we’ll send you an e-mail to tell you it has been dispatched. In this e-mail you’ll be given a tracking code which allows you to go online and track your order once it’s with our delivery partner. Our delivery partners will also keep you updated by regular e-mails, and you’ll receive a text message (to the phone number you gave with your order) an hour before delivery is due.

IF YOU’RE NOT THERE TO TAKE DELIVERY

If you’re not there to take delivery, a card will be left with you with information on your re-delivery options. You can have it re-delivered to your address or to your local post office.

Please note: Delivery will be made to your door and packaging will not be taken away

IF I ORDER MORE THAN ONE ITEM, WILL THEY ARRIVE AT THE SAME TIME?

Usually they will arrive at the same time. However, for our larger items (Sideboard) we use a different courier, which means it may arrive at a different time to your other items.

CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS?

You can change your delivery address before it has been dispatched. Please email us at info@hatch-furniture.com in order to change your address.

CAN I CHANGE MY EXISTING ORDER?

Unfortunately we can’t change your order once you’ve placed it with us. Please contact us for further information.

IT’S TAKING LONGER THAN I THOUGHT TO RECEIVE MY ORDER, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

First off, we’d like to apologise to you. Please e-mail us directly at info@hatch-furniture.com if it has taken longer than you thought and we’ll be in touch as quickly as we’re able to in order to give you an update
